KFRC San Francisco 12-6-67 music survey
KGB 13-K SanDiego music survey 4-24-81Gary Cocker
Back in the 60's it was 136/KGB and Boss Radio under the Bill Drake consultancy. They dropped Top 40 in 1972 but returned in 1979 as "13-K" under John Lander, which worked again for a few years until Top 40 radio on AM was pretty much dead in San Diego. This 13-K survey has a picture of Gary Cocker who have previously worked in LA at K-100 and San Francisco at KYA. Image courtesy of California Aircheck http://californiaaircheck.com
